About BillingNudge

Follow-up software with a deliberately narrow job.

BillingNudge helps independent B2B consultants follow up on invoices they created elsewhere. It exists to make one uncomfortable administrative task consistent, visible, and easier to control.

Why BillingNudge exists

Sending an invoice is usually straightforward. Remembering the next follow-up, choosing the right tone, and keeping track of what happened are not. Independent consultants often handle that work from an inbox, calendar, spreadsheet, or memory.

BillingNudge turns the routine part into an approved schedule while keeping judgment with the business owner. It is intentionally not another accounting suite.

Who it is for

The first audience is independent U.S. B2B consultants who send a manageable number of meaningful invoices, care about long-term client relationships, and already have a way to create invoices. Small service businesses with similar needs may also fit.

How we think about automation

  • Nothing should send until the account owner approves it.
  • The exact wording and schedule should be visible in advance.
  • Payment promises, disputes, delivery problems, and stop actions should interrupt routine automation.
  • The product should clearly state what it does not do.
  • Privacy and recipient safety are product requirements, not marketing add-ons.

The company

BillingNudge is a founder-built and founder-supported product operated by BYTE STORM VENTURES LLC, a Texas limited liability company. BillingNudge is a trade name. The service is currently available to U.S. business accounts in a monitored public beta.
